Service Guarantee
All work performed by Bill Marshalls Heating comes with a satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll return to resolve the issue at no additional cost.
Warranty
Repairs and installations include a minimum 1-year labor warranty. Parts warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product. Documentation is delivered at service completion.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
Termination
